• BadMustangsClub.com is committed to providing everyone with an enjoyable experience when visiting our site. By it's very nature, the forums are all about people exercising good judgment to help us achieve this goal. Popularity brings new visitors to the site... and guidelines need to be established and spelled out clearly.  Please read the following policy to understand how this applies to you. 

General

• You agree to access and use the BadMustangsClub.com Forums only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations, pertaining to (i) your use of the BadMustangsClub.com Forums, including any Interactive Area, (ii) the use of any networks or other services connected to the BadMustangsClub.com Forums , and (iii) the communications means by which you connect your modem, computer, or other equipment to the BadMustangsClub.com Forums.

User Conduct Agreement

By accessing the BadMustangsClub.com Forums, you agree that you will not: 

• (1) Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, obscene, vulgar, profane, or indecent information of any kind. Personal attacks of any nature will not be allowed or tolerated. If you disagree with another member's point of view, do so in a mature and civil manner. If you find yourself being flamed or insulted by another member, please do not dignify that person with a response. Notify a moderator or administrator and let us handle it. If you feel you must respond to a flame or insult directly, please do NOT do so on the board. Use private messages or e-mail.
   

• (2) Knowingly circumvent the "bad words" (expletives, or swear words) filter. These are not allowed in the BadMustangsClub.com Forums, and for good reason. Many people are deeply offended by vulgar language. Please censor your language appropriately so as to not be overly offensive. (e.g., "S***!" ) Replacing only one or two letters in an expletive by using ASCII characters (! for "I", $ for "S", etc) is not an acceptable solution.
   

• (3) Post or transmit any information, pictures, graphics, or other material which violates or infringes in the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder. Posting a link to this information/content is permissible and preferred. 
   

• 4)  Post or transmit "spam", lottery schemes, or advertise businesses/vendors who are not pre-approved by the BadMustangsClub. Advertisement of other "for profit" forums is also considered spam, and is not allowed.  Soliciting for members of this site to go and join another site is also considered a form of spam. Mentioning another site for reference or as an information source is acceptable and encouraged, however - direct or indirect solicitation aimed at BadMC members to bolster other site's membership is inappropriate (without prior approval) and subject to disciplinary action, account termination, or both.
   

• (5) Post or transmit any classified ads for the sale and/or trade of weapons and firearms. Casual conversation, be it military related, hunting, skeet shooting, or related (along with the occasional pictures/illustrations) are allowed. There are federal laws on the shipping of firearms/weapons to other states and certain licenses are required. Rather than trying to verify the presence of these licenses, ads for the sale and/or trade of these are not allowed.
   

• (6) Post or transmit any information on illicit drugs/narcotics or their use.
   

• (7) Post or transmit any information, executable file or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component.
   

• (8) Alter, damage or delete any content, post, or other communications that are not your own or to otherwise interfere with the ability of others to access the BadMustangsClub.com Forums.
   

• (9) Disrupt the normal flow of communication in the BadMustangsClub.com Forums. "Trolling", or makings posts with the sole intention of creating problems on the forums is obviously against the forum rules. This includes registering an alternate ID for the sole purpose of creating problems on the forums.
   

• (10) Claim a relationship with or to speak for any business, association, institution or other organization for which you are not authorized to claim such a relationship.
   

• (11) Violate any operating rule, policy or guideline of your Internet access provider or online service. 
   

• (12) Make any false entries, claim, or represent yourself  as over 18 years of age unless you are 18 years of age or older.
   

• (13) Post or transmit any information attacking BadMustangsClub.com and/or its policies. Posting a thread or reply to question or criticize a moderator(s) or an administrator(s) actions is not appropriate in a public forum. Please utilize the board's Private Message function, or e-mail, if you wish to discuss these issues. As long as you bring up your concerns maturely and civilly to the moderator(s) or administrator(s) in question, we will do our best to address your concerns fairly and promptly.
  
  We (the BadMustangsClub.com and it's duly appointed agents) reserves the right to delete any post or picture that we feel is objectionable solely at our discretion and without prior consent or notification.

Supporting Vendor Bashing/Disputes

Attacking a Supporting Vendor on the board is strictly prohibited - they deserve our respect and restraint. If you have a complaint with a sponsor, you may send the information directly to any Administrator and it will be passed directly to the Sponsor for action/resolution.

If you do post on the board about a specific problem involving a sponsor, please remain calm and state the facts. Do not let emotion cloud the issue at hand. When your thread is read by a moderator, the moderator will do the following:

• Lock the thread and place a copy of the thread in the Moderation Forum. These forums are not visible to the members, but they do exist.
   

• Reply to the locked thread that the above has taken place.
   

• The moderator or Administrator will update the locked thread with the response from the Sponsor OR the Sponsor will contact you directly.

We really hope situations can be resolved off-line, however - we will not prohibit a statement of fact BUT we will control the thread so as to stop the “Hate” or “Me too” replies these threads often generate. If the situation resolution seems to be totally unacceptable or completely ignored, you should contact one the admins directly with your situation. BadMC Picture Posting Guidelines

• All pictures should be placed in the appropriate forums i.e. no pics of a sexual nature are to be posted in other areas beside the "hot babes" and "hot guys" forums. "Poop" threads or similarly immature and offensive topics/pictures ("unnatural" sex acts, violence, snuff films or violent sexual acts) will not be allowed. Failure to do so will result in their immediate removal by the admins/mods without notice.
   

• Although the number of attached pictures in a single post are unlimited, due to current limitation in the graphics package installed on the server, the physical size of the pictures attached can be no larger then 1600x1200 and 2Mb.
   

• Remotely hosted images have no file/physical size restrictions - however it is preferred to not "hot link" pictures in the forums that are over 800x600.

BadMC Video Posting Guidelines

• All videos should be placed in the appropriate forums i.e. no videos of a sexual nature are to be posted in other areas beside the "hot babes" and "hot guys" forums.  "Poop" threads or similarly immature and offensive topics/videos ("unnatural" sex acts, violence, snuff films or violent sexual acts) will not be allowed. Failure to do so will result in their immediate removal by the admins/mods without notice.
   

• Although the number of attached videos in a single post are unlimited, due to current limitations of the php variables installed on the server, the physical size of the videos attached can be no larger then 50Mb.
   

• Remotely hosted videos have no file size restrictions.

Avatars and Signatures

• All members can have a sig picture. Please limit this to only one picture in the signature block (additional smilies/images may be included - but keep them at a reasonable number). The maximum image size is 550x175 (or an equivalent overall ratio) AND less then 100Kb
   

• Remotely hosted images are still subject to this guideline as it is intended to keep the forum pages loading quickly.
   

• Maximum character limit for sigs is 1000 (this is hard coded, so we're putting this here FYI)
   

• Avatars and Signatures both fall under the no porn rule. Signature tests and avatar tests will only be allowed in "Trial-n-Error" forum.
   

• Links to businesses are not permitted in member signatures unless the business is a BadMC Approved Supporting Vendor.
   

• Negative comments about Supporting Vendors in signatures is not permitted and will be promptly removed by an administrator.
   

• Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in:
  ... 1st offense: a PM asking for you to adjust your sig pic to comply with the guidelines
  ... 2nd offense: a PM/email asking for you to adjust your sig pic to comply with the guidelines
  ... 3rd offense: sig removed by the admin, and a PM explaining why the action was taken
  ... Any further inability to comply with the user guidelines will result in sig pic privileges being revoked

Controversial Topics

• Controversial topics, such as religion, politics (political satire is acceptable), racism, etc., will NOT be allowed. Although these usually start out civilly enough, these sorts of topics invariably disintegrate into all out flame wars and heated arguments.

Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BadMustangsClub.com and their respective agents from any and all liabilities, claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from breach of this Agreement, any other policy, or in connection with the transmission of any Content on the BadMustangsClub.com website.
